Choosing the correct unit size is important. Don't worry though,  when you are moving in we can easily swap you to a larger or smaller unit as requested. Please visit our 'price & reservation' page to view all of our unit sizes and what they will hold.

We are conveniently located on Oak Street just 2 blocks south of Marine Drive. (opposite from where West Kent Avenue begins).

We take the safety and security of our units very seriously. Our storage units, and yard, are incredibly safe and secure. All of our units are made from Corten steel, they come with a heavy-duty lockbox attached that keeps the industrial padlock hidden and almost impenetrable. Every customer has their own unique code used to open our main gate. Our yard has a secure perimter fence, lighting that comes on throughout the night-time and we have 24/7 CCTV monitoring our property.

Drive-up units are units that you can drive your vehicle to and park right next to it.

Walk-up units are units where you can park your vehicle reasonably close to it but will have a very short walk from there. This short walk is less than 20' in some case. We have a heavy duty fridge trolley you can use if you need one.

Customers can access their units 365 days a year from 6am until 9pm. Additional hours are available depending on specific circumstances and requirements. 

Our units are rented on a month to month basis and do not require any specific time commitments. If you require a unit for less than a month give us a call and we'll discuss your requirements and give you some options.

On the 1st of each month, we will charge your credit card to cover your months rent. We are unlike other storage facilities in the city, we charge per calendar month as opposed to every 4 weeks.

Yes you can. We actively encourage you to do so. 

We want you to recognise your stored items will be safe & secure with us and we believe that once you visit our yard for a tour and have a chat with our friendly staff, you will leave with absolute peace of mind that you have made the right choice to store your items with us.

Yes, we offer both vehicle and trailer parking.

We are located less than a 5 minute drive from YVR Airport. Parking your vehicle with us and getting an Uber  to the airport will almost certainly be cheaper than long term parking at YVR Airport.
